Loading Sessions

In 2021, and until at least 2024, you can expect a shift in focus from our Department of Labor wage and hour division from an approach of compliance assistance to one of enforcement.  There will be an increase in wage and hour investigations conducted by the Biden Department of Labor.  In this session, we will discuss the most common wage and hour violations committed by employers as it concerns their non-exempt employees.  We will discuss overtime page, discretionary and non-discretionary bonuses, travel pay, meal breaks, and expense reimbursement, which are the areas of wage and hour law that tend to get employers in trouble.
