Today’s best leaders are tuned into the issue of diversity. Understanding ethnic, gender and income diversity is important. However, we often overlook the issue of generational diversity. Today’s workplace has up to five generations collaborating, and at times, they can feel like cross-cultural relationships. This session will explain the key difference of each generation and the strengths each one brings that can add value to the team especially in the aftermath of a pandemic. Most importantly, this session will unveil the critical social and emotional skills needed for each of us to thrive with each other.
