In this tutorial, Tamika Nordstrom and Scott Blews will address best practices for handling leaves of absence, return to work issues, accommodations for work restrictions, the interactive process, the interplay between these statutes, and other thorny issues under the ADA and FMLA.

Focusing on the key requirements of each law, this presentation will enable you to better understand strategies for complying with an employer’s legal obligations while curbing abuse.
